OUR GIRLS ENRICHMENT PROGRAM conducts innovative beauty and fun workshops that are designed to meet the needs of the audience or group that is being served. We help to unfold a positive mindset, healthy interaction, confidence, enthusiasm for success, education and leadership skills. These are qualities that are evident in a person with a healthy self-esteem and it is an ongoing process to discover their purpose. The lessons begin with makeup artist tips and techniques, healthy skin care and age appropriate makeup application.
We help guide and share our success to meet the need through mentorship. Many of OUR GIRLS have even gone on to become professionals in the beauty industry. Open discussions, professional guest speakers and hands-on demonstrations include pro-education, image, employability skills, financial planning, manners and etiquette. Whatever it takes to provide the “tools for success”.
OUR GIRLS mission is to enrich and empower young ladies. We strive to instill confidence and help them recognize the unique beauty that each one has within. Beauty comes from within the heart and spirit not what society defines as beauty. Regardless of external appearance, circumstances or the past, each person’s beauty comes from within the heart and spirit. Inner beauty is conveyed by how she carries herself, how she speaks, how she acts and how she treats others. Beauty comes from the inside out.
